Shipping & returns

Every parcel leaves our Denver warehouse weighed and checked. Here is how delivery and returns work.

Shipping

  • Orders placed by 2 pm (Mountain Time), Monday to Friday, ship the same day.
  • Standard shipping is $6 and takes 2–5 working days in the contiguous US.
  • Shipping is free on orders over $50 — the bar in your cart shows how far you are.
  • You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

30-day trail returns

Try it on one night out. If a tent, sleeping bag or pack is not right, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange — used once outdoors is fine, as long as it is clean, dry and complete.

  • Start a return from My account › Orders, or write to us with your order number.
  • We email you a prepaid return label; returns are free for exchanges.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of the parcel reaching us.

Damaged or wrong item

Take a photo as you unpack and contact us within 48 hours. We send the right item or a replacement straight away.

Sizing help

Packs are sized by torso length, boots run true to size with hiking socks. Not sure? Ask a mountaineer: our team spends its weekends outside and answers within a working day.
